And if you still have any questions, our team is just a phone call or message away and will be happy to advise you personally.

Departure & Check-out

We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest so that our cleaning team can start on time. Details about the check-out can be found in your guest information.

Our holiday apartments have all essential items. In the kitchen, you will find cooking utensils, a kettle, and a coffee machine. We also provide a small starter set: two tea towels, a sponge, two cleaning cloths, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and a few dishwasher tablets to get you started. In the bathroom, you will find a small supply of toilet paper and guest soap. Please bring your own personal items such as shampoo and other consumable products.

You can easily pay for your holiday directly to our Swiss bank account. The payment details and QR-IBAN will be provided with your booking confirmation.

In our holiday apartments, we use uniform bed linen from fewotessin. Upon your arrival, the beds are already freshly made. At the end of your stay, we kindly ask you to remove the bed linen – thank you very much for your cooperation.

For properties equipped with a barbecue, it can be booked as an additional option. The price of CHF 50.00 includes cleaning as well as gas or charcoal – for carefree barbecue evenings.

In our holiday apartments, we provide uniform towels from fewotessin. One set includes one bath towel and two hand towels. At the end of your stay, please place the used towels in the bathtub or shower – thank you very much for your cooperation.

Dogs are allowed in selected apartments for an additional fee for the night and cleaning (CHF 8/day). In some apartments, they are only allowed on request. Contact us if no suitable apartment appears under the “Pets allowed” filter.

Each apartment listing indicates which coffee machine is available. This way, you’ll know which type of coffee to bring or buy.

You can indicate when booking if you require a high chair for your child. We will provide it directly in the apartment for a one-time preparation, rental, and cleaning fee of CHF 40.–.

You can indicate when booking if you require a travel cot for your child. We will provide it, including bedding, directly in the apartment for a one-time preparation and rental fee of CHF 50.–.

The kitchen includes a sponge, cloths, dish towels, and small bottles of dishwashing and cleaning liquids. Dishwasher tablets are provided if the apartment has a dishwasher. Some apartments may also include basic spices or ingredients.

We collect the tourist tax on behalf of the municipalities. It helps maintain hiking and biking trails, support events, and fund essential public services such as waste disposal, sewage, and road maintenance – ensuring a well-kept holiday experience.

To allow us to respond quickly, please report any issues immediately upon moving into your holiday apartment.

Almost all of our holiday apartments have their own parking facilities. You can find the details in each property’s description. Public parking is also generally available nearby. If you are travelling with a larger vehicle, such as a camper van or pick-up truck, please check parking availability with us in advance. In addition, many charging stations for electric vehicles are available throughout Ticino.

If your holiday accommodation does not have a key safe, you can collect the key from our office in Muralto on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. onwards.
If a key safe is available, you will receive the access code in due time together with your travel documents.
Upon departure, please place the key back in the key safe or return collected keys to our office. Thank you very much.

The popular Ticino Ticket is expected to be available to our guests starting in the 2026 season.

Toilet paper and hand soap are provided in the bathrooms for your first use, so you can feel comfortable right away.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments, so you can stay connected during your stay. Please note that the Wi-Fi is intended for private use only – not for business purposes or unlimited streaming.

If you add the linen change when booking, the cost is CHF 27.00 per linen set (incl. VAT).
If you wish to have a linen change during your stay, an additional fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged for delivering the fresh linen, on top of the CHF 27.00 per linen set (incl. VAT).

In our holiday apartments, we provide standard bed linen and towels. One set includes bed linen, a bath towel, and two hand towels. If you need extra linen, you can easily book an additional set for CHF 27.– (including VAT).

If you would like an interim cleaning during your stay, our Facility & Care Team will be happy to provide it. The service costs CHF 60 per hour, including travel and VAT. Please request this service at least 2 days in advance.
