The vacation home consists of two separate, adjacent 1.5-room garden apartments, each for 2 people. The apartments have a shared entrance hall with separate access to each apartment.
Each apartment has a spacious living/dining area with a double bed, a leather sofa, a dining table with chairs, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The covered garden seating areas with dining table and sun loungers promise carefree holidays in an oasis of peace and relaxation. Apartment 10 has a kitchenette, while apartment 11 has a separate kitchen. The apartments also each have a bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a toilet. Nestled in idyllic green surroundings, a spacious swimming pool with a well-kept lawn awaits you – perfect for sunbathing, refreshing yourself, and unwinding. This vacation home is particularly suitable for families with children/teenagers or friends who want to spend their vacations together while still enjoying their privacy. Each apartment has a reserved parking space in the underground garage.

The “Residenza Sabrina” is located in a quiet residential area of Ascona, close to the golf course, the harbor, and the Ascona lido. The lake promenade and the center of Ascona are also within walking distance. Experience great shopping in the world-famous boutiques of Ascona's old town! A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. Ascona hosts numerous internationally renowned and popular events throughout the year. The wonderfully wild nature of the nearby Ticino side valleys, such as the Maggia Valley and Centovalli, offer many opportunities for excursions, hiking, and biking.
