Residenza Delphin is located on Seestrasse between Ascona and Brissago, right on Lake Maggiore. The center of Brissago is about 1.3 km away. There you will find restaurants, bars, a bakery, and a small grocery store. The boat landing stage for the Brissago Islands, Ascona, and neighboring Italy is also located there. The border with Italy is only a few kilometers away. Canobbio, with its typical Italian market on Sundays, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. For shopping, Locarno, Ascona, the Mercato Cattori in Losone, or the center of Tenero are ideal, all of which are best reached by car. The vacation home is easily accessible by public transportation, with the bus stop located about 250 m away.
