Property description

The 3.5-room holiday house features an entrée, a light living room with coffee table, bdsofa and scandinavian wood-burning stove and access to the furnished balcony, a dining room in the veranda with a beautiful view; a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a bed a kitchen, and a bathroom / WC. The patio is spacious and partially covered. From here you can unhurriedly enjoy the views over Lake Maggiore and the mountains in the direction of Italy. Parking place in front of the house.

The Casa Bellaterra is located above the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso in a side street far from traffic, surrounded by greenery. Supermarket and bus stop are located at the church about 1 km away. Various footpaths lead from the house to the center of Orselina. If you appreciate good kitchen, you will find in Orselina a large variety. From typical Grotto with traditional dishes, to gourmet restaurants.

Gemütliches in die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus, an ruhiger und sehr schöner Lage. Ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Kurzfristige Buchung hat schnell, sowie unkompliziert geklappt. Vielen Dank

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einem traumhaften Ausblick! Bei der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in Orselina, am Hang über Locarno, mit einzigartiger Aussicht und viel Charme. Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt, mit Balkon und außergewöhnlichem Panoramaessplatz, außerdem gibt es noch eine Gartenterrasse und im großen Garten, in dem sogar Rehe und Wildschweine zu beobachten sind! Es war alles da, was man braucht (das I-Tüpfelchen wäre eine Nespresso-Maschine oder ein Espressokocher) und die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Man ist auf das Auto angewiesen, aber kann fußläufig einkaufen. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar einen Prosecco hingestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour très agréable. Même la place de parking, qui à priori semblait compliquée, était en fait très pratique. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Endroit charmant avec vue splendide. À recommander.

Tolle Lage mit herrlichem Terrassen- und Aussenbereich. Die Aussicht von verschiedenen Plätzchen grandios. Einfach eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ohne grossen Luxus. Hat einen Pool unterhalb der Wohnung, Dieser ist aber nicht funktionsfähig eingerichtet. Das ist sehr bedauerlich. Ohne Fahrzeug mit dem ÖV angereist, ist die Wohnung von der Busstation Orselina Chiesa in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Dort ist auch gleich ein kleiner Einkaufsladen. Kann auch von der Busstation Orselina Albergo, die über 350 Stufen führende Treppe, erreicht werden. Bei dieser Busstation ist auch eine gute Bäckerei und ein Grotto. Generell ist die ganze Region sehr gut mit dem ÖV erreichbar und fahren zum Teil im 1/4 Stunden Takt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Für Naturliebhaber ein Traum. Die Terrasse und der riesige Garten sind wunderschön, mit Blick auf See, Berge und alte Bäume. Ideal zum Wandern ohne das Auto zu benützen. Wir gingen auch zu Fuß runter nach Locarno und an den See. Rauf ist es dann etwas sportlicher...(aber es gibt den Funiculaire und den Bus) Die Glocken der Madonna del Sasso morgens und abends zu hören gibt dem alten Haus noch eine zusätzliche Dimension. Es hat im Haus alles, was es so braucht, außer der Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, die wir mitgenommen haben.

Wohnung und Aussicht sind mindestens so toll wie auf den Bildern auf der Homepage. Gepflegt, ruhig und gute Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler und Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Grosser Balkon mit Sonnenschutz und Traumaussicht auf den See, Locarno und Ascona. Schöner Garten, wo sich Rehe, Eichhörnchen und Fledermäuse beobachten lassen. Es wäre schön, wenn es noch einen Grill hätte (z.B. Gasgrill). Mit Auto oder Motorrad sehr gut erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle Orselina Chiesa ist in ca. 10 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
