The 3.5-room holiday home (half of a house) features, on the upper floor, an entrance hall, a spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with one bed (an extra bed or cot can be requested). A large staircase leads down to the lower living area, from where you can access the outdoor area via the charming veranda with a dining area. The cosily furnished living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a wood-burning stove, which creates a cosy atmosphere on cool evenings. The well-equipped, modern kitchen and a bathroom/WC are also located on this floor. From the balcony and from every room in the house, you can enjoy a panoramic view over Lake Maggiore.
Important: The gently sloping natural garden below the terrace must never be accessed by children without supervision due to the risk of falling!

Casa Bellaterra is situated above the Madonna del Sasso pilgrimage church in a side street away from traffic, surrounded by greenery. The car park is directly in front of the house. From the house, various footpaths lead to the centre of Orselina, very close to the pilgrimage church, the Cardada cable car station (funicular, cable car) and the bus stop. Those who appreciate good food will find a wide choice in Orselina, ranging from the typical ‘grotto’ serving traditional dishes to gourmet restaurants.
