The spacious living and dining room is equipped with a comfortable set of seats and a dining table, as well as a pull-out sofa bed and air conditioning. The large, east-facing balcony, which promises pleasant shade on hot days but turns into a winter garden on cool or windy days, is equipped with a dining table and a gas grill and offers a great view of the lake and marina. Separate, well equipped kitchen. One bedroom with two single beds, TV and direct access to the balcony. Bathroom with tub and toilet. A reserved parking space in the underground garage is available.

The Residenza "Monte Carlo" is centrally located at the beginning of Brissago, directly on the lake with a view of the Brissago marina. Shopping facilities, bus stop and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The picturesque Ascona and the neighbouring border town Cannobio, where the famous Mercato takes place on Sunday, are only a few kilometres away. The Valle Maggia, the Valle Verzasca or the Centovalli in Ticino can also be easily reached by car from here.

Die Wohnung ist an einer sehr schönen Lage und grosszügig. Von der Strasse her, war es jedoch oft laut. Aber sonst war alles tip top.

Ideale Lage. Die Wohnungsausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Wintergarten ist gerade an windigeren Tagen gut nutzbar und das Hallenbad komfortabel mit dem Lift erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!
