The flat is located on the top floor of the "Del Parco" flat block opposite the Lido di Locarno lido with thermal baths and SPA world. A beautiful footpath leads along the lakeshore into the town and into the nature of the Maggia Delta, to the 9-hole golf course of Locarno and to the quieter lido "del Popolo". The centre of Locarno can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes. The town has a very special charm and many sights to choose from. The lake promenade, the Piazza Grande, as well as the beautiful old town and the proximity to Ascona attract guests time and again. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house.
