The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom, which features a double bed, opens directly onto the spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet and leads out to the sun terrace. A second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed, while the third room features two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed as needed. Right next to these two rooms is another bathroom with a shower and toilet for guests. A practical utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies rounds out the amenities.

A spacious kitchen and the adjoining dining room offer plenty of room. The living room features a large, light-colored leather seating area that invites you to enjoy cozy evenings or relaxing moments watching TV.
The terrace is perfect for your first coffee in the morning or simply to enjoy the view of the lake. From the upper floor, there is direct access to the ground floor, where the swimming pool—with a water temperature of 20°C—and comfortable lounge chairs are located. From there, you can step directly into the garden and to the private lake access. In the garden, pure relaxation awaits, along with an outdoor fireplace for barbecuing and a large granite table, ideal for a meal or a glass of wine right by the lake.
A garage and a large forecourt offer plenty of space, allowing up to three cars to park comfortably.

The villa is located directly on the lake, on the promenade from Locarno to Tenero, in close proximity to numerous small restaurants and bars. The Piazza Grande is about a 15-minute walk away, and the Locarno boat landing stage is also just a few minutes' walk away. From here, you can take trips to the Brissago Islands, Ascona, Brissago, or neighboring Italy. For shopping, Locarno, Ascona, or the Centro Tenero in Tenero are ideal, and are best reached by car. The Italian border is only a few kilometers away, and Canobbio, with its typical Sunday market, is about a 20-minute drive away.
