The 5.5 room holiday home with garden and panoramic view offers spacious living for 6 people. A living space of approx. 190 m2 distributed over two floors awaits you. Entrance with spacious hallway and staircase. On this floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The upper floor from where you have a beautiful view is dedicated to the living area. Living, dining room with open kitchen. Cosy modern living area with open fireplace, flat screen TV and dining table for 6 people. Through the large sliding doors you reach the balcony which is also equipped with tables and chairs. From the balcony you reach the well-kept garden with spacious lawn, pergola and barbecue area. Due to the proximity to the forest, the use of the barbecue is only allowed if there is no prohibition in Ticino. The pizza oven and table grill are not functional and therefore not available for use.
Furthermore, there are two more bedrooms on this floor with exit to the balcony, as well as a bathroom with shower and two washbasins. Generous built-in cupboards in the hallway complete the offer. Private parking space for 1 to 2 cars directly at the street. The house is only accessible by stairs (approx. 70 steps).

The holiday house is situated below the village of Monte Brè at 965 m above sea level, about 20 minutes by car from Locarno (not to be confused with Monte Brè Lugano). Ideal starting point for many hikes, mountain bike tours and excursions, as well as for quiet and relaxing holidays for nature lovers far away from hectic and traffic. You will find shopping facilities and a bakery in Locarno-Monti or Orselina about 5 km away.
