The house is located in a quiet, central location. The golf course, the lido and the lake promenade of Ascona are within walking distance. Shops, as well as the bus stop and restaurants are nearby. There is a lot going on in Ascona all year round. There are numerous events and events that are internationally known and very popular.
For athletes, the nearby 18-hole golf course, various tennis courts and countless other sporting opportunities are available. The wonderfully wild nature of the nearby Ticino side valleys, such as the Valle Maggia and Centovalli, offer many excursion, hiking and biking opportunities.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles für einen entspannten Urlaub. Betreuung und Service durch die Vermietung waren wieder super gut.

Tolle Lage in Fussdistanz zur Seepromenade. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen und gute Ausstattung. Netter Nachbar/Anwohner. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir wurden vor unserem Aufenthalt sehr gut betreut und auf unsere Wünsche wurde immer sehr zeitnah eingegangen, zudem mussten wir den Aufenthalt kurzfristig noch verschieben was auch ohne Probleme ging. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und das Tista in Ascona ist perfekt geeignet für Paare die gerne Wandern und Ausflüge in und um Ascona machen wollen. Vielen Dank.

Schöne, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, sehr gut gelegen. Die Aussicht in den Garten und der sonnige Balkon sind super. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist freundlich, hell, geräumig und mit allen notwendigen Dingen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt in Ancona. Schnell zum Lido, schnell zur Promenade. Der kleine Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein, Frühstück oder abends ein Glas Wein. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist sehr praktisch. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.

Kompetente, nette und effiziente Verwaltung, übersichtliche Formalitäten, wie Reservierung, Zahlungsmodalitäten etc., Web-Auftritt gut und der Wahrheit entsprechend, Fotos nicht "geschönt". Sehr ruhig und im Grünen gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche komplett (!) ausgestattet und Bade-, Küchen- und Bettwäsche grosszügig vorhanden. Wir sind überzeugt, dass bei evtl. Problemen der Service ebenso professionell gewährleistet würde. Die Wohnung ist sicher nicht günstig, (soll sie auch nicht), aber im wahrsten Sinne "den Preis wert"!! Wenn wieder Tessin und Ascona, dann jederzeit über FEWO TESSIN und das selbe Objekt. Die Besitzer wohnen gleich nebenan und sind sehr nett und auch deren Katze hat uns jeweilen einen kurzen Besuch abgestattet!!!
