The 4.5 room house, built in the 1960s, impresses with its charm and its special Ticino architecture. When furnishing the house, the owners took care to lovingly combine modernity and tradition. The lower floor offers a spacious living area, a cozy sofa corner and a large dining table. The beautiful and modern kitchen is state-of-the-art and leaves nothing to be desired. A guest toilet is also on this floor.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and access to the terrace. This invites you to linger with a large table and deck chairs. The third room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. From all 3 rooms you can enjoy a unique view of the lake. A bathroom with a bathtub is also on this floor. In front of the house, a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace and dining area ensures atmospheric and entertaining evenings.
The refreshing pool and the outdoor area behind the house, planted in Ticino style, fit into the overall picture of the property. Sun loungers and a seating area invite you to chat and relax. Two parking spaces are available directly at the house.

This family-friendly house is situated on a quiet residential area in a side street between the villages Brione and Contra with stunning panoramic views of the lake and surrounding area. The center of Brione can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes. There you will find several restaurants and bus stop. Shopping centers are in Locarno or Tenero, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by car
The municipality of Brione is located over Minusio on the mountainside overlooking the Lake Maggiore. Brione is included in the World Heritage Site by Unesco. The charming village starting from the Nucleo (old village), the typical Rustici, to the stunning villas and the hillside on is wonderful to visit. Explore the village and further afield on the countless, diverse possible walks and excursions. There are many restaurants and Grotti in Brione that provide the perfect atmosphere to relax after the walks. Enjoy a unique nature, the prospect of an enchanting landscape, mountains and Lake Maggiore.
