Property description

The apartment is located in a prime location near the lake of Locarno and is suitable for 4 people. It consists of a brightly decorated living room with open kitchen, sofas and dining table. The kitchen has modern equipment. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds and direct access to the spacious, covered balcony, which is equipped with a cozy lounge. Bathroom with tub, toilet and a separate shower with WC. A reserved parking in the garage is available.

The building is quiet and centrally located very close to the promenade, the port of Locarno, near the boat landing "Debarcadero". The new Lido Locarno, as well as the famous Piazza Grande are a short walk away. The view from the balcony leads directly into a green area, the Bosco Isolino which is located near the lake.
Locarno has a very special flair and many places of interests you choice. The lake promenade, the Piazza Grande, the beautiful and charming old town and the nearby from Ascona attract many guests every year.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden ganz sicher wieder einmal unsere Ferien in dieser Wohnung verbringen. Die Lage ist super, zentral aber doch ruhig auch die ÖV sind in der Nähe. Migros/Denner in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Schöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Grosser Balkon mit Ausblick auf den Park. Migros, Denner,. Aldii innerhalb 5 Min. erreichbar. See 2 Min. Einziger Abzug, ein bisschen dunkel im Wohnzimmer.

die Wohnung ist ruhig , die Lage sehr gut ! nur wenige min zum Einkaufen , Migros,Aldi zur Piazza Grande nur 5 min und zum See nur wenige Meter . die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen ,der Esstisch etwas klein für 4 Personen . es hat zuwenig Platz um die Lebensmittel zu versorgen , es hat keinen Schrank in der Küche für Waren ablegen . aber sonst okay die Betten gut zum schlafen , W-LAN und Fernseh tip top. wir würden gerne wieder kommen . Diese grosszügige Wohnung mit Tiefgaragenplatz und grossem Balkon ist an einer tollen Lage mit kurzer Gehdistanz zum Lido, der Schiffsstation, der Piazza Grande und vielem weiteren. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich enorm wohl in ihr.

In dieser Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage und die Einrichtung sind sehr schön. Ein solcher Balkon/Terrasse findet man selten. Dieses Objekt kann ich sehr gut weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns im Sogno Verde sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens geklappt und die Lage des Appartements ist optimal. Zu Fuss nur einige Minuten von der Piazza Grande entfernt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung wieder buchen, es hat alles was man braucht.
