The 2.5 room holiday apartment offers space for 2 adults and 2 children (maximum age 10) and consists of a cosy bright living-dining room with open kitchen and dining table as well as sofa bed, armchair and club table. In addition to TV/WLAN, guests have a wide range of reading material and board games at their disposal. All rooms have large panoramic windows and a direct view of the lake. One bedroom with double bed and a large built-in wardrobe as well as direct access to the terrace.spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.the wonderful, Mediterranean planted panoramic terrace is partly covered and equipped with deck chairs, a dining table and a comfortable lounge to chill out. The modern stone oven grill may be used, wood is available for the guests. The parking lot is located directly in front of the house.

The apartment is located in a beautiful residential area above San Nazzaro in the Gambarogno Riviera, with fabulous views of the lake and the towns on the opposite side, Locarno / Ascona. It has a private patio and pergola and a swimming pool for shared use. From the lakeside resorts San Nazzaro, Vira or Magadino starts many ships to Locarno, Ascona, the Brissago Islands and other excursion destinations. Lugano, Locarno and Bellinzona are by car or train easily accessible, like the Italian place Luino, where on Wednesday takes place the traditional market.
The shore village San Nazzaro with restaurants and shop and its popular public beach with sunbathing lawn, sandy beach, bar and trampoline can be reached in 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. Also worth a visit is the splendid Parco Botanico on the hill terrace between Piazzogna and Vairano.
The Gambarogno region is a paradise for Hicking. With wonderful tours, leisure sportsmen and active holidaymakers have a large and very varied range to choose from. A total of 22 hikes and 5 theme trails lead through the Gambarogno region and invite you to explore.
The Riviera del Gambarogno is situated on the shores of Lake Maggiore just opposite Locarno and Ascona. In winter the region remains rather shady, but in summer it transforms into a small and fascinating holiday paradise thanks to the deep green lake, the beautiful villages and the mountains in the background. Palm trees, vineyards, chestnut woods and pretty villages on the shore and on the hills; the Riviera del Gambarogno embodies all this.
