The lake promenade, the Piazza Grande, the beautiful and charming old town and the nearby from Ascona attract many guests every year. The most popular events are the international film festival and the Moon & Stars with many concerts.

La terrasse ne permet pas d'être dans la pénombre car l'éclairage automatique d'à coté s'allume systématiquement, c'est le seul défaut de l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit geschmackvollem Mobiliar eingerichtet. Die Kücheneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage im Parterre ist genial. Bei der Ankunft war Alles sehr sauber. Im selben Haus hat es noch ein Cafè mit einer kleinen Bibliothek, und eine prächtige Dachterasse mit sensationeller Rundsicht zum benützen.

Es ist eine nette saubere kleine Wohnung. Mit unseren 2 Hunde hatten wir genügend Platz. Man ist fast am Siedlungsende von Locarno ( Lido) .Und doch nur 20 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt neben dem Erlebnissbad. Leider haben wir die Ausflugs Tips ,Landkarten und Spielkarten erst beim Aufräumen imSchrank gesehen.

Sehr tolle und super eingerichtete Wohnung. Klein aber fein. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten wünderschön. Lage am Lido perfekt und ruhig. Der Preis in der Vorsaison eher hoch für eine 1 1/2- Zimmerwohnung. Vor allem die Nebenkosten etc..

Situé à quelques mètres du lac et donc de la plage à 400m, de la Maggia à 600m ou encore à 10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville (ou 4 en bus), les lieux sont propices à toutes les sorties. Cependant, le confort de la terrasse attenante au jardin de l'immeuble incite à rester sur place. Lieux très bien entretenus et offrant tout le confort d'une semaine de vacances où on a tout sur place.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist auf dem neusten Stand. Die komplett ausgerüstete Küche hat mich sehr überrascht, bis jetzt noch nie so eine Küche angetroffen. Für zwei Personen bietet die Wohnung viel Platz.

Die Dachterrasse könnte etwas besser Ausgestattet sein, das fand ich etwas schade, da es super toll ist dort oben! Vielen Dank, jederzeit wieder
