Thanks to the large panoramic windows, you can enjoy a fantastic view that has postcard quality. The flat has a living, dining room with dining table, a comfortable sofa and armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with modern household appliances. From the kitchen you can access the large terrace, which is equipped with a dining table, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. On this level there are two double bedrooms, which also offer a great view, as well as two bathrooms with shower / WC. A walk-in wardrobe and a wardrobe complete the offer. The flat house "Monte Fiorito" is located below the village of Orselina, only a few minutes by car from Locarno. The nearest bus stop is only a few metres away. In Orselina you will find restaurants, a bakery and a small shop. Orselina is known for the pilgrimage church Madonna del Sasso. The modern cable car takes you from Orselina to Cardada in just a few minutes and then by chairlift to Cimetta at 1670 metres, an easily accessible vantage point with many hiking opportunities.

Eine tolle große und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die mit Panoramafenstern einen fantastischen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore bietet. Da sie recht weit oberhalb von Locarno liegt, ist man ohne Auto auf den ÖPNV angewiesen, wenn man nicht 700 Stufen steigen möchte. Der Bus direkt zur Wohnung fährt nur 1x/Stunde. Eine Alternative ist die Standseilbahn, die nur einige Gehminuten entfernt liegt, jedoch mehr kostet. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt liegen fußläufig zur Wohnung, ebenso Restaurants. Der Ausblick von der Wohnung entschädigt in jedem Fall für das Treppensteigen, wenn man mal den Bus verpasst hat. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die grosszügige Ferienwohnung mit Blick über den See hat uns prächtig gefallen. Auch die kurze Distanz zu Locarno und Ascona sowie der Bäckerei war optimal. Wir haben es genossen auf der Terrasse zu grillieren. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen.

Die zur Wohnung gehörende Autogarage ist für ein grösseres Auto nicht gut geeignet. Ersatz wurde im naheliegenden Parkhaus gefunden.

Die Fewe liegt im Ortsteil Orselina, 20min bergab und auf zum Stadtzentrum oder mit guter ÖPNV Anbindung. Die Standseulbahn ist 10min entfernt. Die Seilbahn auch. Drei sehr gute Gaststätten sind fußläufig in Orselina erreichbar. Für uns war die Lage ideal! Einzig die Straße vor den Schlafzimmern war auch nachts mäßig befahren. Die Terasse seitlich am Eingang lag damit auch an der Straße. Die FeWo ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen
