The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and armchairs and an open fireplace. A desk is also available. The bedroom consists of two single beds and can be closed off with a sliding door. There is also a small bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin on this level.
The staircase leads to the upper area with an open gallery room with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. From there you continue into the light-flooded living area. The dining room has large windows, a glass dining table and leather chairs. The spacious living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a lounge table and a bistro table and offers a spectacular 180° view of the lake. A modern TV set with Apple TV and WLAN are of course included. A well-equipped kitchen and a further bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment, double washbasin and WC round off the offer.
The highlight of the property is the covered, sheltered terrace with harmonious round arches, which ensures perfect outdoor enjoyment. The terrace is furnished with a dining table with chairs and sun loungers. The unique view is also guaranteed here. Thanks to the large wall mirrors, the lake view is omnipresent. The enclosed seating area with lounge invites you to enjoy a cozy get-together even on cooler days.
The vacation home is located in the village center of Ronco sopra Ascona. You can park your car in the public parking lot. The vacation home can be reached via a short walk of approx. 90 m.
In the village of Ronco there is a restaurant and a pizzeria, as well as a small store. Ronco can be reached by public transportation. The bus stop to Locarno-Losone-Ascona is only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a free bus service to Porto Ronco and Brissago. An excursion to Monti di Ronco at approx. 1000 m above sea level and approx. 15 minutes by car is worthwhile, where you will find a typical Ticino grotto. For shopping, Locarno, Ascona or the Mercato Cattori center in Losone are best reached by car. The border with Italy is only a few kilometers away. Canobbio, with its typical Italian market on Sundays, can be reached in around 15 minutes by car.
