Casa Riale consists of two independent vacation apartments, “Casa Riale sotto” and “Casa Riale sopra,” which can be rented individually or together. This makes it ideal for families, couples, or small groups of up to 8 people. Nature lovers, in particular, will find a special retreat here without having to miss out on the cultural, culinary, and varied recreational activities available around Locarno and Ascona. Nestled in the Ticino countryside and surrounded by forests and imposing cliffs, a charming vacation rental awaits you here with one extraordinary feature: A natural waterfall flows right through the property, and its gentle murmur creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Thus, Casa Riale combines the best of both worlds: restful vacation days surrounded by nature and, at the same time, an ideal starting point for discovering Lake Maggiore and the many facets of Ticino.

The cozy “Casa Riale sopra” apartment accommodates up to four people and features two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The sunny terrace with a covered seating area and the private garden invite you to fully enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful natural scenery. A fireplace in the garden also provides the ideal setting for cozy evenings.
From the covered, private parking lot, a natural stone staircase leads up to the apartment.
