The 2.5 room garden apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house and is suitable for 3 people. You will find a cozy living and dining room with an open kitchen with dining table and bench, as well as a sofa set, TV and WiFi. The comfortable, fold-out sofa bed offers space for an additional person. From the living room you can access the private garden area with sunbathing lawn and wonderful views. The outdoor area is equipped with a dining table, sun loungers and an electric barbecue. The outdoor pool, which you can also use (the owner is rarely on site), is located in the upper part of the house and can be reached via an outside staircase. A bedroom with a double bed completes the offer. The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.
A private parking space is available directly at the house. From the parking lot, a staircase of approx. 34 steps leads down to the entrance of the apartment.
The two-family house “Casa Ramarro” is located above the village of Gordola at the entrance to the Verzasca Valley. Thanks to its elevated position, the apartment offers a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore and the Magadino plain, as well as sunshine throughout the day. Shopping facilities can be found in Tenero and Gordola about 10 minutes away by car, as can the town of Locarno and the lake. There is a bus stop approx. 100 m from the accommodation.
