The vacation home “Casa Pipistrello” offers space for 3 people and has a spacious outdoor area. The covered garden seating area offers a cozy lounge sofa, a dining table and an outdoor fireplace for barbecuing. Every moment here is a pleasure for the senses and an unforgettable experience. On hot days, you can cool off under the shady chestnut tree, accompanied by the gentle murmur of the nearby waterfall and breathe in the fresh air. The vacation home offers a total of 60 m2 of living space and consists of a pretty living/dining area with air conditioning, great views and access to the garden area, a separate, modern kitchen, a double bedroom and a small single bedroom. The newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and WC completes the offer.
The vacation home “Casa Pipistrello” is located in Ronco sopra Ascona, one of the most beautiful and sunniest locations in Ticino. The view of Lake Maggiore as far as Italy is breathtaking. You can park your car conveniently on the grounds, from where you can reach the house via a staircase (approx. 20 steps). Access to the house is via a very steep private road (approx. 80 m) and is therefore not suitable for sports cars and low vehicles. Ideal for guests with electric cars, as there is a charging station in the parking lot that guests can use at no extra charge.
There are several restaurants and a pizzeria in Ronco, as well as a small store. Ronco can be reached by bus, the bus stop is approx. 15 minutes' walk from the vacation home. A trip to Monti di Ronco is worthwhile at approx. 1000 m above sea level and approx. 15 minutes by car, where you will find recommended typical Ticino grottos. For shopping, Locarno, Ascona or the Mercato Cattori centers in Losone or the shopping center in Tenero, which are best reached by car. The border with Italy is only a few kilometers away. Canobbio with its typical Italian market on Sundays can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
