Casa Moorea is perched above the sparkling Lake Maggiore in a particularly sunny and idyllic location in Ticino. This lovingly designed vacation home offers stunning 180° views of the lake and harmoniously combines authentic Ticino charm with contemporary elegance. It is an ideal retreat for couples and families of up to four guests – your four-legged friends are also welcome.

The approximately 110 m² house is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is easily accessible by car. From the private parking lot, it is only a few steps to the house, where you are immediately welcomed by the relaxed atmosphere of Casa Moorea.

The bright ground floor features a cozy living area with a spacious sofa corner, a modern dining area for up to six people, and a high-quality kitchen. This floor is complemented by a bathroom with shower and a functional utility room with washing machine, dryer, and wine refrigerator. Entertainment is provided by a large smart TV with satellite reception, streaming options, DVD player, and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen, accessible via an open archway, invites you to enjoy cooking with its fireplace and full range of appliances.

Generous windows open up the view of the lake and provide direct access to the terrace and garden. The spacious terrace features a traditional Ticino stone table, comfortable deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a covered loggia with cozy seating. Whether you want to relax in the sun, play games and have fun outdoors, enjoy atmospheric barbecues or sip a glass of wine at sunset – here you can enjoy life to the fullest. A special highlight is the freestanding barrel sauna and hot tub, which can be used both for refreshing cooling off after a sauna session and for cozy, warm moments of pleasure.

A stylish spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two bedrooms with lake views and balcony access: one room with two single beds and a larger bedroom with a king-size bed, fireplace, and air conditioning. Another bathroom with shower and toilet completes this floor.

Please note that the terrace is not secured for children. Therefore, please always keep an eye on your children.
