The spacious 5-room holiday house can accommodate 6 people and is ideal for families with children. Entrance area on the upper floor with cloakroom / staircase. Here are three spacious double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and another bathroom with shower. On the lower floor is the generously designed living room with wooden beams on the ceiling. It is equipped with a comfortable sitting area and an open fireplace. The furniture and equipment is well maintained and traditional. Through the large French doors you enter the garden and pool area. Here you will find a large, private swimming pool, a lawn for sunbathing, as well as a stone table with pergola and a barbecue. For those who want to retreat with a book, there is another seat in the entrance area. So enough space for a carefree holiday in the open. The separate kitchen with dining table is functional and also has a direct exit to the garden. A guest toilet is also located on this floor. A covered parking is available. The house is accessible from the parking lot only by stairs.

The house is located on a sunny hillside above Gordola at the entrance to the Valle Verzasca. The elevated position offers a fantastic view and panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the plain of Magadino. For shopping, see Gordola and the nearby shopping center COOP in Tenero. By car, Ascona and Locarno can be reached in about 10 minutes.
It is a good starting point for a trip to the Verzasca Valley, a beautiful wild mountain valley which the clear water of the Verzasca River has dug. Its elevated position offers a wonderful vista on the Lake Maggiore and the plain of Magadino.
