The 6.5 room holiday home offers spacious living for 8 adults and 2 children. You can expect a living space of approx. 240 m2 spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living-dining area with great room height, rustic exposed beams and large arched windows and exit to the terrace and pool area. Also on this level is the separate kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/WC as well as a spacious TV room with flat screen TV and desk, which can be used as an additional bedroom with two folding beds with good mattresses (ideal for children).
The outside area offers a covered seating area with comfortable wicker chairs and open fireplace and a dining table. The spacious swimming pool and an outdoor shower provide refreshment.
The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower / WC.
The private, covered parking space next to the house offers space for 1 to 2 cars. Furthermore, there is a garage space about 50 m away (for smaller cars).

The holiday home is situated on a hillside above Brissago near the Italian border. The access to the house (approx. 100 m) is via a steep, narrow private road. From the car park you can reach the house by a few stairs.
The village of Brissago can be reached in a few minutes by car. In the village centre of Brissago you will find a shop, post office and bank. Further shopping possibilities you will find in Ascona or Locarno. The picturesque seaside town of Cannobio is only a few minutes away by car, where you will find many restaurants and shopping facilities and where the famous Italian market is always held on Sundays.
