The 2.5 room garden apartment of the detached holiday home is situated picturesquely high above Lake Maggiore and offers a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore, the Brissago Islands, Ascona and Locarno. Harmoniously matched colours and the tasteful, modern interior give the apartment a very special charm. The apartment offers space for 4 persons and consists of a living and dining room with a modern fitted kitchen and dining table. In this area there is a comfortable double bed, which you can use as a sofa if required. Due to the two roofed outside seats, one with large dining table, fireplace and radiant heater for cooler days and one with bench and table, the apartment invites you to "live outside". A further double bedroom with direct exit to the garden is available as well as a bathroom with tub and toilet. From the parking lot directly in front of the house you reach the apartment over few stairs.

The Riviera del Gambarogno is situated on the shores of Lake Maggiore just opposite Locarno and Ascona. In winter the region remains rather shady, but in summer it transforms into a small and fascinating holiday paradise thanks to the deep green lake, the beautiful villages and the mountains in the background.
