The 3.5 room Ticino vacation home on 2 floors can accommodate 5 people and is perfect for a family vacation. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Magadino plain, the surrounding mountains and Lake Maggiore. The house consists of a living area on the first floor with fireplace, comfortable sofa set and TV armchair, and a separate kitchen with dining table. The spacious veranda invites to a cozy get-together. From here you can access the beautiful garden, where you will find your private pool and a seating area with Ticino stone table under shady vines. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area. A bedroom with double bed and an additional single bed with exit to the balcony, and another double bedroom. The bathroom with shower / WC is also located on this floor.
From the parking lot you can reach the house via about 20 steps.

The vacation house is located on the slope above Cugnasco, towards Monti Motti in a sunny and quiet position. Good starting point for wonderful excursions, hikes and bike tours. The nearest bus stop "Agarone Roccola" is about 500 m away. Locarno is about 12 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants are available in Cugnasco or Riazzino.
