Built around 1860, the winegrower's house was always family-owned and was lovingly and faithfully restored in 2004 and equipped with contemporary comfort. On the ground floor is the rustic Ticino parlour with fireplace and direct access to the pergola with Ticino stone table and granite benches as well as the cosy, bright living room with Swedish stove and panorama windows over the garden and the covered seating area. The kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet are also located here. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with access to the balcony and terrace, and a bedroom with access to the garden on the mountain side. The Rustico offers its guests a beautiful turnaround and two parking spaces.

The sunny winegrower's house is situated on a slope in the district of Bugaro, embedded in the midst of many vineyards. The area is known for famous wine producers. Especially the company Matasci Vini with excellent wines has been a household name in the Ticino wine world for many years. Especially who is looking for very good Merlots is well advised here. Since many years the name Matasci is also connected with the world of art and offers interesting exhibitions and art collections. A guided tour through the production and exhibition rooms is highly recommended.
