This comfortable 3.5-room apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and is the perfect choice for relaxing holidays with family or friends.
The bright and inviting open-plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. A large dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals, while the comfortable sofa set with coffee table is ideal for relaxing. The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed if required.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed as well as a second bedroom with two bunk beds. One of the bunk beds has a pull-out section that can be converted into a double bed. For added comfort, there is a modern bathroom with WC and walk-in rain shower, as well as a separate guest bathroom with WC, bidet and washbasin.

A special highlight is the balcony with beautiful panoramic views. Furnished with a dining table and chairs, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or unwind at the end of a wonderful holiday day.A reserved parking space directly in front of the house is also available.

Lake and promenade just a short walk away
The shores of Lake Maggiore can be reached within just a few minutes on foot via a nearby pathway. The beautiful Via della Riva lakeside promenade, stretching from Tenero all the way to Locarno, is perfect for leisurely walks and bike rides along the lake.
Along the promenade, you will find a cycle path, public beaches and sunbathing areas, playgrounds and a selection of restaurants – everything you need for a varied and relaxing holiday on Lake Maggiore.

The apartment house is located in a nice location in Minusio, above the lake promenade on the Via R.Simen. Regular bus connections lead to Locarno, Ascona and Tenero where you will find a diverse range of shopping. In addition, Locarno and its immediate surroundings offer many cultural and sporting events and with its nearby valleys Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca, Valle Onsernone and Centovalli a good starting point for beautiful excursions.
