Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with box spring bed 180 cm and a bathroom with shower/WC.

The private garden seating area with Ticino stone table and pergola for exclusive use is located in the lower area of the house.

The house can be reached from the street via 35 long steps. You can park your car in the public parking lot at the entrance to the stairs. There are a total of 18 parking spaces, of which experience shows that there are always some available, as all surrounding residents have their own parking spaces. Daily rate on weekdays CHF 9.60. You can easily control the parking fee with Park and Pay.
