A flat screen digital TV, as well as wifi are also available. The large panoramic windows with sliding doors offer a fantastic view over the roofs of Locarno. Curtains and shutters for blackout. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with a box spring bed 180 cm and a small sofa, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC.

The private garden seating area with Ticino stone table and pergola for exclusive use and the sunbathing lawn are located in the upper area of the house.

You can reach the house from the street via 35 long steps. You can park your car in the public parking lot near the entrance to the stairs. There are a total of 18 parking spaces, of which experience shows that there are always some available, as all surrounding residents have their own parking spaces. Daily rate on weekdays CHF 3.00.
