This Ticino vacation home with its typical granite roof is situated in the village of Coglio near the church in a sunny location and can accommodate 4 people. It has a large park with a lawn surrounded by plants and trees, where a romantic gazebo invites you to linger.
The rooms of the house are spread over 2 floors and are comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. The rustic-modern mix and the elegant marble floor give the house a very special ambience.
On the first floor there is a cozy living room with a spacious sofa bed (can be pulled out to sleep two) and a flat-screen TV. The new, open kitchen with cooking island is equipped with the latest kitchen appliances and makes every woman's (and man's) heart beat faster. A bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin is also located on this level. From here you can access the garden area. There is a Ticino stone table with benches and a sun awning.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, table and chair, as well as another living area with a desk and office chairs if you want to combine your vacation with work. There is a comfortable sofa that can be converted into two beds for relaxing. On this level there is a balcony with an outside staircase to the garden.
There is a covered parking space right next to the house.
