The 3.5 room holiday row house for 4 persons consists of several mezzanines starting with the entrance area with a large wardrobe, a top equipped new kitchen and dining area with bench. On the lower living level there is the cosy living room with exit to the sunny terrace, which is equipped with a large dining table and offers a wonderful view and privacy. The upper living levels are furnished with a double bedroom with furnished balcony facing the lake and another double bedroom facing the mountain. Two bathrooms, one with shower/WC and one with bathtub/WC complete the offer. The seating area with stone table under vines provides shade on hot days. You can also use the outdoor pool of the complex. A private parking space is available. The house can be reached by about 40 steps.

There you will find several restaurants and a bakery. The bus stop to Locarno is about 140 m away and the bus stop Contra to Tenero about 700 m. For your daily shopping there is a small shop in Contra or the shopping centres in Locarno or Tenero, which can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. Explore the village and the wider surroundings on the countless, varied walks and excursions.
