The newly renovated 4.5 room vacation home cottage is suitable for 2 to 4 people. The upper living level is equipped with a spacious living, dining room with seating set, dining table and flat screen TV. The large panoramic windows and doors bring a lot of light into the rooms and offer an unrestricted view of the lake and the mountains opposite. The separate kitchen is equipped with modern electrical appliances. From the kitchen you can access the sitting area with dining table. The wrap-around terrace, with several seating areas offer guests the opportunity to live outside. On the roof terrace you can sunbathe undisturbed. Sun loungers are at your disposal. A bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and desk, as well as a bathroom with double sink and bathtub complete the offer.

The lower area, which you can reach through a separate entrance or directly through a narrow internal spiral staircase, consists of a living room with a single bed, a sofa and a small fitted kitchen, as well as another bedroom with a pull-out bed and a desk. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. A parking place is available.

From the parking lot the house is accessible only by stairs (about 100 steps). Due to the steep slope, the house is not suitable for small children.

The vacation house is located on a steep slope about 2 km outside the village center of Ronco sopra Ascona. The nearest restaurant is about 800m away or in the village of Ronco, where you will find other restaurants and a small grocery store. For larger shopping you will find the Mercato Cattori in the nearest village Losone, about 10 minutes by car. On foot, stairways lead to Ascona or to Porto Ronco, from where boat connections lead to the Brissago Islands, Locarno and Ascona. The bus stop to Locarno/Ascona is just a few meters away. Hiking enthusiasts can climb the Corona dei Pinci or the Pizzo Leone from Ronco. An extremely rewarding climb because of its fascinating views of the lake. Or make an excursion to the Monti di Ronco and visit one of the typical Ticino grottis.

Sensationelle Aussicht, man fühlt sich im Himmel! Leider hat es keine Storen an den vielen Fenster, was die Wohnung extrem aufheizt. Auch eine Nespresso Maschine ist nicht vorhanden( wie im Beschrieb geschrieben) sondern eine Tassisimo zu der es andere Kapseln braucht. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig! Wir werden wieder kommen.

Sensationelle Aussicht, man fühlt sich im Himmel! Leider hat es keine Storen an den vielen Fenster, was die Wohnung extrem aufheizt. Auch eine Nespresso Maschine ist nicht vorhanden( wie im Beschrieb geschrieben) sondern eine Tassisimo zu der es andere Kapseln braucht. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig! Wir werden wieder kommen.
